I have plans ...Wish I could run with you for that! I have plans for the rest of the year, but I'm just not as motivated for them as I was for the marathon (1/2 century in September and duathlon in October and a few other small races that I'm hoping to meet some time goals on). I'm doing more cycling because I feel that it is what my body "needs", but I don't enjoy it near as much as I enjoy running. Maybe that's why my motivation level is down. I'll have some free time and my brain will say "TIME FOR A RUN, YIPPEE!". Then I'll remember "oh, I'm biking today".Chandranoreply@blogger.com
