After reading this post from Run Like a Mother Book (http://runlikeamotherbook.com/2010/12/01/hump-day-giveaway-december-goal-please/#comment-10872), I decided to make some December goals of my own.
We have the marathon relay this weekend, so goal #1 is to take care of myself afterwards by stretching and icing as needed.
Then goal #2 is to stretch daily after that.
Goal #3 is to run 2x a week until half marathon training kicks in Dec. 27, and then to follow my training plan after that.
Goal #4 is to start strength training 2x a week. At 20 minutes each time, that really isn't a major time commitment...and one I know I need!
