My mileage is nowhere near where I want it to be, but it is what it is. No really long runs has left me not as ready for long runs. I'm going to have to work my way back up to that ten-miler that never happened. I was hoping that sometime over spring break, I'd have a chance, but here it is Saturday and I couldn't work one in.
I'm thinking I need a race on the horizon so I hmake myself stick to m plan. It seems like my runs are non-negotiable when I'm training versus just running for me.
I hear you on the training! I find normally when I have a race on the calendar, my running is much better. Harder to talk yourself out of a long run when a race is looming..
