Menu Monday

So, maybe I'll do this every week and maybe I won't, but I thought I'd try to put my weekly meal plan out there. If nothing else, it helps me think ahead. Here's this week's:

Monday-Makeover Meal--pulled pork sandwiches (made with the leftovers from the shredded pork tacos from this weekend)
Tuesday-shrimp pasta with garlic parmesan bread and a spinach salad and veggies
Wednesday-church
Thursday-chicken (either chicken parmesan or bbq cheddar)
Friday-small group

So, with our crazy schedule, we only cook 3-4 times a week, but it helps to have it all planned out.
