Tonight's core challenge:
Crunches: W6D1, 345 crunches (various kinds)
Pushups: W3D1, 73 pushups
Really didn't want to do these tonight, but man, 73 pushups? Wow! I never thought I would be able to do this. I know that just crunches and pushups alone don't count for strength training, but I'm hoping this will kickstart a real strength training plan for me.
