Feeling strong

I am so excited! It's not much, but it means a lot to me...I've been able to run this week. I ran 1.5 Monday (with a .5 warmup and .5 cooldown) and 2 miles this morning (with quarter mile warmup and cooldown). I would have gone longer this morning, but I hit the snooze too many times this morning and finally convinced myself a run would be better for me than tossing and turning for a little longer. If I'd known I was going to call in so I could take R to the doctor, I probably would have. It felt great to be able to run since after my first 10K, I couldn't run at all the week after!
